If you have a DCSI email address, we have a feature in place called, ‘auto discover’. This means that setting up your DCSI email address in a program such as Outlook or on your phone is as easy as typing in your email address and password and you are set!

If you would like to reference the auto settings, they should be as follows:
DCSI email settings
Email address: [email protected]
Password: Your emails password
Incoming hostname or host server: incoming.dcsi.net.au
Outgoing hostname or host server: outgoing.dcsi.net.au
Hosted domain email settings
Hosted emails can be accessed via webmail at: webmail.yourdomain.com
If you host a domain with us and you would like to set up your hosted email on an email program, please reference the following settings:
Username: Your full email address ([email protected])
Authentication type: password
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming server port: 110 for POP, 143 for IMAP
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing server port: 587 with TLS encryption
Outgoing server requires authentication: ON
