International Call Rates

If you would like to call or text internationally, please use the rates provided below to calculate any cost to you. If you do not have included international value in your plan or have not purchased an international call pack from us, then any costs incurred from international calls on your service will be in addition to your monthly access fee for your plan.

International Pack

Swoop Mobile offers a $5 international pack that can be added onto your existing mobile phone service via the mobile customer portal. The international pack comes with the following benefits:

• Unlimited international SMS and MMS to select countries (see country list below)
• Unlimited international calls to select countries (see country list below)

If you do not wish to purchase a $5 international pack or wish to call a country not included in the pack, then certain international SMS, MMS, and call fees will apply to your service on top of you usual bill amount.

International SMS and MMS

If you have an international pack attached to your service, your SMS and MMS messages sent overseas from within Australia are free to a select list of countries highlighted in the table below.

If a plan does not have international credit included or you don’t have an international calls pack then international SMS and MMS costs will be charged in addition to your monthly access fee.

• To send an international SMS costs 15 cents per SMS (160 characters)
• To send an international MMS costs 20 cents per MMS

Note: SMS messages are carried in 160 character blocks. If you exceed this character count in a message it will incur additional costs depending on the length of the SMS.

International Calls

If you have an international pack attached to your service, your calls made overseas from within Australia are free to a select list of countries highlighted as “included in pack” in the table below. If the country is not included in your pack, you will instead incur the minute rate cost of every call you make to that country.

If you don’t have an international pack, you will instead incur the minute rate cost of every call you make to any country in the list below.
