Swoop Perks FAQ

How does Customer Perks work?

Yourself and anyone you successfully refer will receive $15 credit per month for 6 months.

Your friend must enter your unique code at the checkout when they purchase their service for you both to receive the credit.

Simply enter the code in the promo/referral code box at the checkout when purchasing the service. Select ‘Apply’ and your discount will display.

Once your friend has successfully signed up using your unique code, you will then both receive $15 credit on your next 6 monthly invoices.

 

I’m not a customer of Swoop yet, and don’t know anyone with a Perks code, how can I get access to Perks?

Don’t worry, we didn’t forget you guys! If you’re new here and don’t have a friend who’s already a Swoop customer, simply sign up for a service and share your own unique code to friends to use.

Each friend you refer will get you $15 off yours and their monthly bill – you could get a $0 bill depending on how many friends you refer!

 

Where do I find my referral code?

The referral code will available via the following:

  • in an email from Swoop
  • in the customer portal on the Swoop website
  • via the Swoop sales team

Am I locked into a contract for my service?

No.

We’re so confident in our service, we don’t want you to feel locked down by contracts.
