Please be informed that we are currently experiencing increased latency to Singapore and Europe due to an international submarine fibre failure. The Marine team has been engaged for evaluation, assessment, and further investigation of the affected cable segment.

We do not expect any speed degradation. however you may notice higher latency compared to the previously optimized path. An ETR for the fibre restoration has not yet been confirmed.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as they become available.
