We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for broadband services in the suburb of Cairns and its surrounds.

Please be advised that we have escalated this issue to our upstream carrier. They have confirmed that there is an unplanned outage within their network and have further escalated the matter to their carrier for investigation.

Please be advise that we can observe the services has been restored. However, we are currently awaiting official confirmation from our upstream carrier that the outage has been fully resolved.
