Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR]. This notification will be updated as further information comes to hand.

Swoop wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage affecting fixed wireless services in Gregory Hills and surrounding areas is still ongoing.

Our field operations team attended the site to investigate and restore services. However, due to the complexity of the issue, the team was unable to complete the restoration during this visit. Please be assured that our technicians will return to the site to continue restoration efforts as a priority.

At this time, there is still no estimated time for restoration (ETR). We will continue to provide updates as further information becomes available.
