We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for Fixed wireless services in the suburb of Malaga and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that restoration work is still ongoing due to a hardware failure at our Malaga tower. Unfortunately, there is currently no estimated time for restoration (ETR), but we will keep you informed as more information becomes available. All updates will also be posted on our network status page.

We wish to advise that restoration work is still ongoing as a tower climb is required. A climbing team has been arranged and the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM AWST. Please note this is a tentative window and we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available. All updates will also be posted on our network status page.
