Please be advised that Swoop technician has attended the site and confirmed that the issue is isolated to the fibre path. Fibre crews are already engaged and are in the process of locating the fault and assessing the work required to repair or replace the damaged cabling.

We wish to advise that the technicians have identified that fibre cable cut in half. Haulers have been requested and are currently formulating a fix to restore the service.
